Learning Approach
CARE's programs are presented in an interactive seminar style.

Physiotherapists with either post-graduate qualifications and/or experience in professional exercise training will run the programs.

The programs include theoretical and practical components. The seminars will involve a practical task specific to the participant's workplace and follow-up support will be available to ensure effectiveness of the strategies to be implemented. Each seminar will conclude with the Five Simple Secrets, information from the seminar for the participants to take away and apply to their daily lives.

CARE Programs
CARE programs can be either general or customised.

The general program recognises the general health needs common to many organisations and presents a program to address these issues. The specific environment of the workplace is still considered in determining the structure of the program.

The customised programs are more specifically designed to address the unique needs of an organisation.

The CARE program consists of three modules of four seminars each. The modules are:

1. Healthy Living at Work;
2. Healthy Living at Play; and,
3. Healthy Living on the Go.
